CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The CEO is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for the company. With more than thirty (30) years of extensively managing several Fortune 400 companies with +20,000 employees, our CEO has expertise in business, finance, operations, and risk management.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
The CFO is responsible for leading, developing and providing oversight for the accounting and finance team of the company. Our CFO has more than thirty (30) years extensive financial management with expertise in accounting, audit, bookkeeping, general ledger, and port operations financials.
CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
The Construction Director is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction activity from planning through completion. Our Director brings deep expertise in construction management, site supervision, quality control, and contractor coordination, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.
PLANNING & DEV DIRECTOR
The Planning & Development Director is responsible for Ensures that housing projects align with regulatory requirements and long-term development goals. This executive possesses extensive governmental management, land survey, housing and transportation management expertise.
GENERAL MANAGER
The GM is responsible for running day-to-day operations of the company and specifically oversees line and lower-level staff. Our GM has more than fifteen (15) years of maritime management experience, with expertise in general shipping, harbor operations, container port operations, and airport operations.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
The Senior PM is responsible for managing our PMP certified project management staff, as well as overseeing the planning and implementation of all projects. This individual possesses more than twenty (20) years of experience in the management of large scale private and public sector projects.
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
The comptroller is responsible for managing the company’s financial performance and directing accounting operations. Our comptroller possesses more than twenty (20) years of financial management experience with expertise in banking, finance, and wealth management throughout the Caribbean region.
SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL
The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible for providing guidance and input on legal and policy matters. Our dedicated Senior Legal Counsel has more than twenty (20) years of general and corporate law experience, with an extensive background in high level private and Governmental negotiations.
